All HARASAWKI orders are processed and prepared for shipment after your order is placed.

PROCESSING

Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment. During releases, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing may take longer.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or shipped.

LOST, DELAYED OR DAMAGED ORDERS

HARASAWKI is not responsible for carrier delays outside of our control. If your package arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us with your order number and photos so we can review the issue.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless otherwise stated at checkout.
