RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All HARASAWKI orders are carefully prepared for fulfillment. Please review your order, including size, color, and shipping information, before completing your purchase.

RETURNS

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in their original condition.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can review the issue.

REFUNDS

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

CANCELLATIONS

Because orders may enter production shortly after being placed, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after purchase.

FINAL SALE

Items specifically marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
